In 1987, Pat Seroka started a marketing agency with one client, Midwest Mortgage Services, a newly formed correspondent mortgage company in Chicago with big dreams, tremendous energy and the courage to lead. Five years later, Midwest Mortgage Services became the largest independent mortgage company in Chicago and was sold a few years later to the largest bank in Illinois. Today, serving a national mortgage and financial client base from Midwest and West Coast offices, Pat’s two sons are part of the family business. John, leads the firm’s mortgage marketing division and Scott, a Certified Brand Strategist, heads up the firm’s branding and enculturation division.
