Seroka was founded in 1987 when Pat started a marketing agency with one client. We worked with Midwest Mortgage Services, a newly formed correspondent mortgage company in Chicago. They had big dreams, tremendous energy and the courage to lead. Five years later, they became the largest independent mortgage company in Chicago and a few years later were sold to the largest bank in Illinois.
We have a focus on serving a national mortgage and financial client base from Midwest and West Coast offices. Pat’s two sons are part of the family business. John leads the firm’s mortgage industry marketing division. Scott, a Certified Brand Strategist, heads up the firm’s branding and enculturation division.
