Word of Mouth Marketing: Good, Bad or Ugly
I found this interesting, but not too surprising. Word of mouth is the most powerful marketing vehicle there is, and we can thank social media for adding to its power and influence.
Word of mouth marketing should be welcomed by those companies consistently delivering on their brand promises. However, for those companies that make claims about their brand that aren’t achievable or cannot be fulfilled, word of mouth will have lasting, negative impacts.
