I've always been fascinated by art. I also like math. Seem a little contradictory? Perhaps, but for me it adds up perfectly. The most appealing art for me is not random, but rather intricately designed, and orderly.

That preference carries over into my job as senior art director, where I work meticulously to visually showcase clients in a way that brings them the most benefit and "buzz."

My passion for art goes back to my earliest days. In kindergarten, I won a district-wide art contest for my drawing of a train – first place from across six elementary schools. I still have the drawing and a copy of a photo of me in the newspaper. As I took art classes, I found my professional path, and I accepted challenges in agency, print house and corporate roles.

That broad mix of experience helps me see things from a variety of perspectives, which I think is a real strength. It allows me to advocate for what’s best for the client. Indeed, I enjoy all aspects of my job – everything from conception through production.
